I lost all my new art from the last 2 and a half months. All of it. Somehow the folder they were in were deleted from my harddrive. Completely gone. All of it. The commission I was working on. All the high res digital work. GONE! Everything from the file hooded is fucking gone. I feel so sick right now. I don't even know when it was deleted. Had to be Saturday, but I don't recall even seeing it missing.
Everything, gone.
There is a lot of stuff never even posted. Stuff I scanned and renamed but never transfered. Hell, one piece I don't even own anymore. Oh god, I want to vomit. I want to cry but I can't.
Is there anything I can do to recover all this lost data?!?Does anyone know how to get that back? Is it even possible? Or is it just gone forever?

Hey I just found your blog and saw that this post was a few months ago. But thought I'd comment anyway just in case this might help. I know how you feel having lost stuff myself (hey who hasn't!) and it really sucks. But there is software you can use to try and recover lost data. Try this www.snapfiles.com/get/restoration.html This is free software and is pretty good. Good luck. I like your pics by the way. Cool.
