Something I drew when I was still employed. Sitting during a meeting, I started with some random lines and by the end of the hour, this was what I had. Overall, I like the look and design, it's just very... empty. So it goes here since I do want people to see it nonetheless.

Corel Painter Essentials 4.

My free 6 month trial to the program stated in the title has expired. Very disappointing. While it wasn't anywhere near as good as CPE 2, it was good for my tablet work (as well as allowed me to digitally ink).

Now I have to find a comporable (or better program), buy this, or find another way...

This sucks, because as much as I like my subsequent program ArtRage, it doesn't allow me to work fast, which is where I'm most comfortable.

I want to fucking die.

I lost all my new art from the last 2 and a half months. All of it. Somehow the folder they were in were deleted from my harddrive. Completely gone. All of it. The commission I was working on. All the high res digital work. GONE! Everything from the file hooded is fucking gone. I feel so sick right now. I don't even know when it was deleted. Had to be Saturday, but I don't recall even seeing it missing.

Everything, gone.

There is a lot of stuff never even posted. Stuff I scanned and renamed but never transfered. Hell, one piece I don't even own anymore. Oh god, I want to vomit. I want to cry but I can't.

Is there anything I can do to recover all this lost data?!?Does anyone know how to get that back? Is it even possible? Or is it just gone forever?

I've been thinking of creating a blog here for a while as a compliment for my Deviant Art page, as well as following other artists' blogs. I figured now is the time to finally bite the bullet and join.

So the blog here will be more for sketches I do using my tablet than refined art, images I want to show but I don't feel qualify for my DA page. Plus on occassion I will post stuff I've posted there Since my scanner is bulky and needs to plugged in to use, I don't use it so much. Some traditional images will make it onto here when they can, but most of my work here will be digital.
